What CITC Is

CITC (Codified In The City) is Aureum's delivery methodology for client projects. It is the practical execution layer of the Three-Module Methodology — the specific phases, deliverables, and templates that turn a founder's scattered brilliance into a functioning AI-powered business infrastructure.

Phase 1: Business Archaeology

Scan existing files across four categories. Score five dimensions of operational readiness. This phase answers: what does this founder already have, how organized is it, and where are the gaps?

The archaeology metaphor is deliberate. The intelligence is already there — buried in documents, voice notes, client calls, content archives. Phase 1 digs it up and maps it.

Phase 2: Intelligence Extraction

Generate the four foundational files that become the brain of the AI infrastructure:

market-positioning-map.md Competitive landscape, territory owned, white space, market shifts
customer-journey-intelligence.md Buyer path, triggers, objections, stall points, expansion opportunities

These four files are the foundation everything else builds on. Without them, AI tools are generic. With them, AI tools become an extension of the founder.

Phase 3: Infrastructure Build

Create the operational system:

  • Folder architecture — organized file structure reflecting how the business actually works
  • Agent team — AI agents with defined roles, trained on the founder's extracted intelligence
  • SOPs — standard operating procedures for recurring workflows
  • Evolution Protocol — the system for continuous improvement over time
  • Workflow connections — integrations with existing tools and platforms
