Four shifts worth watching — Claude Cowork democratization, agent architecture mainstreaming, AI trust erosion, and platform-native AI.


1. Claude Cowork + Skills

Democratizing what used to require technical builds. Tools like Claude Cowork raise the floor — what previously needed a developer or AI specialist, a founder can now do themselves with skills and plugins.

Implication for Aureum: Raises the floor, which means Aureum needs to stay well above it. The value is in EXTRACTION and ARCHITECTURE, not the tool itself. If the tool becomes commoditized, the intelligence layer becomes more valuable, not less.


2. Agent Architecture Going Mainstream

Paperless Movement, Gemma Bonham-Carter, YouTube educators — all teaching folder-based agent setups. DIY agent architecture is becoming accessible knowledge.

Implication for Aureum: This educates Aureum's market (good — prospects understand the concept before they arrive) but creates DIY alternatives (threat — some will try to build it themselves).

Aureum's response: "You can build the rooms. We furnish them with your intelligence."


3. AI Trust Erosion

Generic AI content floods the market. Every brand sounds the same. Every post reads like it was written by the same machine. Public trust in AI-generated output is declining.

Implication for Aureum: "Bespoke" and "quality" become stronger differentiators as the floor drops. Aureum benefits from this shift. The worse generic AI content gets, the more valuable intelligence-trained AI becomes.


4. Platform-Native AI

GHL, Notion, and other platforms building their own AI features directly into their products. Every SaaS tool is adding an AI layer.

Implication for Aureum: Platform AI knows the platform. It does not know the founder. Aureum positions above: "Your CRM's AI knows your CRM. Aureum's AI knows YOU."
