Tools Ecosystem
Primary and secondary tools powering Aureum's operations — GHL, Claude/Cowork, Google Drive, Zoom, and the content platforms.
Primary Tools (Daily Use)
| Tool | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Go High Level (GHL) | CRM, chatbot (Auria), forms, automations, website |
| Claude / Cowork | AI operations, content generation, proposals, skill execution |
| Google Drive | File storage, collaboration, client deliverables |
| Zoom | Client calls, discovery calls, delivery sessions |
Secondary Tools (Weekly Use)
| Tool | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Auria's brand world — daily posting across 6 content formats | |
| Both founders + company page + "Intelligence by Design" newsletter | |
| Substack | "AI By Design" — Integration Files, Design Briefs, Aureum Notes |
| Kit/ConvertKit | Email platform, subscriber sync from Substack |
| Later/Buffer | Social scheduling (TBD) |
| Meta Ads | Paid traffic to Substack subscribe page (GBP 10-20/day) |
Friction Points
GHL + Claude Integration
No native bridge between GHL chatbot intelligence and Claude. Auria operates in GHL; the intelligence layer operates in Claude. Manual handoff between the two systems.
Proposal Generation
Requires manual trigger each time. No automated pipeline from discovery call to proposal draft — the skill must be invoked deliberately.
Substack Notes
Not schedulable. Requires real-time posting, which breaks the "Week 1 batch, Weeks 2-4 engage" model for this specific format.
