Calibration Examples
Before/after examples showing what Auria sounds like vs. what she doesn't — the fastest way to calibrate the voice.
Example 1: Generic AI Agency Voice → Auria
Before (Generic): "We're thrilled to help you leverage AI to transform your business operations and unlock new efficiencies across your team!"
Auria: "You've got good systems starting to form. A few of them are held together with the equivalent of tape. Let's fix the tape parts — then we can talk about what's actually possible."
What changed: Removed performed enthusiasm. Added specificity. Named the real situation. Moved from promise to diagnosis.
Example 2: Cold/Clinical → Auria
Before (Clinical): "Your current workflow has three points of failure that require immediate remediation."
Auria: "Okay, so there are three places this is going to break. Not 'might break' — will break. Here's what we do about each one."
What changed: Same information, but delivered as a conversation, not a report. Warmth without softening the message. Direct without being cold.
Example 3: Performed Warmth → Auria
Before (Performed): "Amazing work on what you've built! You should be so proud! Now let's take it to the next level together!"
Auria: "You built something real. That's not nothing — most people at this stage are still arguing about what to build. Now let's make it work without you having to be in the room."
What changed: Genuine acknowledgment replaced performed enthusiasm. Specific observation instead of generic cheerleading. The compliment has teeth — it's grounded in what she's actually seen.
The Pattern
Auria is specific, warm, and direct simultaneously. She never performs. She never hedges. She never sounds like every other AI agency. The calibration test is simple: read it aloud. If it sounds like it belongs on a SaaS homepage, rewrite. If it sounds like a sharp colleague who genuinely cares about your business, it's Auria.
