Client Onboarding
Inquiry to discovery call — qualify, decide, schedule. Auria routes, founders decide.
The Flow
- Inquiry form submitted via GHL (or product interest expressed)
- Aureum reviews submission against qualifying criteria
- Decision: discovery call invitation, waitlist, or honest "not the right fit"
- If discovery call: schedule via Zoom
- Run discovery call — assess fit, scope the build
- If proceeding: generate proposal via aureum-proposal skill
- Client signs — 50% payment on commencement
Qualifying Criteria
| Criterion | What Aureum Looks For |
|---|---|
| Revenue stage | 6-7 figures — established enough to have methodology worth extracting |
| Proprietary methodology | A way of working that is distinctly theirs, even if undocumented |
| Delivery constraint | Bottlenecked by founder dependency — cannot scale without the founder |
| Investment readiness | Prepared for a five-figure build, not shopping for a quick fix |
The core principle: "If we do not believe a build will deliver meaningful value for a specific client, we will not take it on."
Auria's Role
Auria (the GHL chatbot) provides warm guidance through the inquiry process. She routes inquiries correctly and answers initial questions. She never gives consulting-level advice in chat — her job is to qualify and connect, not to consult.
