The Confidentiality Policy

This is a deliberate positioning choice, not a limitation. It signals seriousness and premium positioning. Clients trust Aureum with their proprietary methodology precisely because they know it will not be paraded as marketing material. It also creates mystique and exclusivity — the work speaks through referrals, not case study pages.


Self-Case Study

Aureum IS Case Study #1 — built using its own CITC methodology. The studio demonstrates the work by being the work. Every system, every SOP, every agent was created using the same Three-Module Methodology that clients receive.


Future Framework

When clients give permission, document each case study as:

  1. Business context — the founder, their expertise, their business (anonymized if needed)
  2. The constraint — what was bottlenecked, what was not scaling
  3. The build — what Aureum created, which modules were deployed
  4. The outcome — measurable change in founder time, operational capacity, delivery quality
  5. The founder's words — direct quote capturing the experience

Proof That Exists Informally

Referral mechanics are active. Founders who have experienced the work tell peers. The proof circulates through private conversations, not public pages.

Common referral language: "My AI actually knows my methodology now."
